Disclosure Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, code regarding the protection of personal data

Aims of treatment
• The data has the purposes directly related to the provision of the requested service ;
• In addition , the processing of data will be made for market surveys , sending of advertising material and marketing activities, in any form or by any means effected .

Method of treatment
The data will be treated mainly through electronic and computer and stored on computer media , on paper or on any other suitable media , in compliance with the minimum security measures in accordance with the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures , Annex B of the Code relating to the processing of personal data.

Optional nature of data acquisition
The acquisition of personal data is optional. However, failure to enter even a part of the personal data required to complete the Registration Form for Access to the Service may result in the inability to complete delivery of the Service.

 Subjects that may be disclosed
Your personal data may be communicated to the staff Company, which performs the functions of responsible and in charge of the treatment , the staff was properly trained in safety and protection of personal data. It is in any case prohibited to communicate or disclose your personal information to subjects not required for the performance of services.

In regard to the processing of personal data , pursuant to art . 7 ( Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code concerning the processing of personal data have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you , even if not yet recorded , and their communication in intelligible form.

You have the right to obtain the indication :
• origin of personal data ;
• the purposes and methods of treatment;
• the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
• the identity of the owner and managers of treatment;
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents .

You have the right to:
• updating or integration of the data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed .

 You have the right to oppose, in whole or in part :
• for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data , pertinent for collection purposes ;
• the processing of personal data about you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication .
